Message of President

Women for Women: A Research and Study Group is a leading women's organization founded in 1973. The group enjoys the unique distinction of being the pioneer in the field or research on women and development and related issues in the country. Through an impressive record op publications and consciousness raising activities such as seminars, conferences and workshops, Women For Women contributed significantly to the society's awareness and understanding of women's issues and concerns.

Our Objectives

	To create and develop gender sensitivity and ensure fill participation of in national activities.
	To organize, undertake and promote research and study in all areas of women’s life in general, and to focus on the specific issues impending their participation in development.
	To act as forum for effective advocacy for gender equity through dissemination of relevant research findings.
	To extend cooperation and consultancy services to various national and international agencies.
